Important local import restrictions: It is vitally important that you check that the goods you are ordering are permitted to be imported into the destination country. A G Carrick Ltd. does not accept liability for costs incurred if ordered goods are refused entry. Overseas customers must pay all due customs and duties and understand that Highgrove / A G Carrick Ltd cannot refund purchases that are refused delivery due to unpaid customs charges. For any returned items, the customer will incur an additional charge.
It is important to acknowledge that international delivery charges are an additional cost to the purchase and delivery price, and it is the buyer's responsibility to cover these charges. While deliveries to locations outside the UK typically take up to 14 working days, it's essential to be aware that customs clearance may extend this timeframe. Highgrove / A G Carrick Ltd cannot assume liability for deliveries that surpass the 14-day working day delivery window.

DELIVERY TO EUROPE
It is important that customers understand they must pay all due customs and duties for deliveries to Europe. A. G. Carrick Ltd will not be able to refund purchases that are refused delivery to Europe due to unpaid customs charges.
Organic Products
We cannot deliver selected organic products to Europe, including food, selected wines and spirits, and selected bath and body products.
Organic food products include savouries (including chutney, mustard and jelly), preserves (including jam, marmalade and honey), biscuits, cakes and confectionery (including chocolate, sweets and fudge). This includes gift sets and hampers containing organic food products. Please check the product title and “ingredients” tab and look for the (*) that denotes the product containing organic ingredients.
Organic drink products include selected wines, spirits, liqueurs, cider, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. This includes gift sets and hampers containing organic drink products.
Organic bath and body products include bars of Highgrove Gardens soap, Highgrove Gardeners' skincare range, and the Bramley Bath & Body collection.
Any organic products added to a customer's shopping basket that cannot be shipped to Europe will be flagged at checkout.
Highgrove Bouquet Eau De Parfum
Can be sent within the UK, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man only.
Bulbs and Indoor Growing Kits
Cannot be shipped outside of the UK due to shipping restrictions.
Alcohol
We cannot deliver alcohol to Europe, with the exception of the Highgrove Cuvée Champagne Blanc (single bottle) and gift sets that only contain the Highgrove Cuvée Champagne Blanc.

Delivery costs will be costed individually and are dealt with via a third-party provider, exclusive of VAT.

All pots can be shipped door-to-door anywhere in the world.
Delivery costs will be costed on an individual basis.
As an approximate guide, delivery charges to Mainland Europe will cost in the region of €300-400, but each delivery will be costed individually.

Highgrove Roses cannot be sent overseas. This includes Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, this is out of our control due to the temporary supplier restrictions.
